Will this taste like a typical red wine?
No. Red Blend was not created to be an exact replica or imitation of existing wine varietals. We set out to create something entirely new. Red Blend was crafted to redefine the red wine drinking experience - without the alcohol. If you enjoy complex NA drinks that have smoke, spice & character, you'll enjoy Red Blend.
What's the best way to enjoy Red Blend after I receive it?
We recommend you let the wine breathe before enjoying. Decanting is highly encouraged, as your bottle of Red Blend may or may not present a slight fizz right after opening due to trapped nitrogen (which alcohol would normally break up in alcoholic wine).
We recommend consuming Red Blend within 3-4 days after opening and keeping it refrigerated once opened.

Absolutly undrinkable. It must have went bad?
When we opened it, it didn't "slightly fizz" as the description said ... it fizzled over the top of the bottle like it was carbonated and we shook it (we did not).
It smelled fermented, rotton, and alcoholic. My husband dared to taste it and spit it out immediately, stating it was fizzy and like a faintly alcoholic, smoky kamboucha that went bad.
We dumped the entire bottle.
I was also sad to see the website says it's not vegan when there was ...

I’ve been looking for for a non alcoholic red wine with smokey notes. This red blend is bittersweet with a smokey flavor I’ve been looking for. Please keep making this non alcoholic wine!! I will keep ordering.

Absolutely *delighted* and SO excited to have found Surely! It’s unlike any other NA won’t out there and I’ve tried a LOT of them. This is hands down, the best out of them all. It has that nice mellow, deep, complex flavor that is missing in other NA red wines with a beautiful finish. What I love about this is that it doesn’t have that bitter after taste from traditional red wine. Truly delicious.

This new red is very good. Loved the new flavor profile utilizing rosemary and the different teas, oak extracts, etc. Excellent mouth feel and tannins. You got the acid of a rich, full red! My big complaint with this one is that it’s too sweet. I’d use it for sangria or as a mixer for that reason.

After receiving an invitation from Surely to come back and try their New Red Blend, I had to accept! Surely’s New Red Blend is bold with a beautiful color and month feel. The flavor is a rich berry, without the sweet after taste and a very light touch of dryness. It was a great addition to a great meal. I will definitely purchase the New Red Blend again, finally a nonalcoholic red with an adult taste!!! Bravo Surely, Bravo!

Three years ago I became alcohol intolerant. While alcohol free beer was pretty good, my first love, wines that were alcohol free were terrible. Recently Surely solved that issue with a wonderful red blend, their newest alcobol free wine. It is excellent and will be my go to wine both at home and to take to restaurants in SW Florida.

Surely's Red Blend is bold but not TOO bold. Some dark fruits in the taste, but also some earthiness that gives it a very agreeable flavor. I don't like fruity Reds, so I find Surely's blend very pleasant and an excellent substitute for a Cab Franc or a Sangiovese when I want to avoid alcohol. Zero added sugar -- a big plus! And Surely's service is great, with quick delivery and useful updates. So glad I found this company.

I have yet to find an NA red that I really enjoy. Although your red blend is pretty good, it still tastes more like grape juice than wine to me.
